Has anyone received a refund from homeaccessusa?

I wish I would have searched this company before giving my debit card to these people they took $198.00 out of my acct. It is just unbelievable what I have been reading about homeaccess I always felt that something wasn't right, and was very skeptical of this program, but I said f... it I will take a chance. I joined on 11-28-07 after seeing a great ad posted on craigslist. 3 bdrm 2bath etc. homeowners cannot afford mortgage house being foreclosed you can take over payments and own your own home NO CREDIT CHECK NO DOWN PAYMENT!! after talking to my husband I called the number and we chanced it, being that were looking for a home, we just had twins a month ago, a 2yr old and a 11yr old we looking for a bigger place. Granted our credit is not the best so we said that sounds great lets try it. I asked them if i'm not satisfied can I have a refund they said yes within a 2 wk period you could receive a refund, I was also told after a year if you have not found a place you can get a refund or stay with the program. Lets cut to the chase people has anyone received a refund if not is there some kind of action we can take to get our money back and take these people down so other's can't get screwed!!

If you want to file a complaint about this company's unfair business practices, you may go to the Federal Trade Commission web site to find out how to do that. Look for Consumer Protection. Here is the link, www.ftc.gov.

Thanks for the feed back guys you know I may or may not bother with this matter, because buy the end of the day I would only have waisted my time and energy. I think this is a cool little chatting area and hopefully people can do some researching and come to this site before believing what they read, and see that homeaccess is a scam. Today I will be sending back the booklet and they said they will refund money within 30 days. I asked them why the hell does it take 30 days she (Mitch is her name) supervisor said thats policy and blah blah blah so we'll see what happens I'm not counting on it but I will inform you guys and let you know what happened.

Hi all,
I've just been scammed by homeaccessusa as well..sure it's only $198 but that buys a lot of beer! I started thinking, no well actually, it just came to me...3 huge words...Class Action Lawsuit....If somehow we could get a petition of people that have been f**ked by this pseudo company. Who knows? Maybe all of us could get our hard earned $$ back and drive them out of business. The stories are all over the net about how these scamholes work. Any ideas or comments?

I never even received the freaking email with the pass/username...how many others? Methinks that's enough to sue their asses off!!!!
